  Lets cut to the chase with this unit.

  Pros:
  - Compact, fits through most all doors and is ok for shopping
  - Great Sun Shades, you can flip them all the way forward to the point where they are resting on the lap of the child and fully covered.
  - Deep storage pockets under the seat.
  - Cup holders

  Cons -
  - You must have a smooth surface or the stroller is a bear to handle. If your sidewalks are heaving, bumpy or being encroached by grass and dirt, you will have difficulty moving this stroller.
  - NOT FOR POWER WALKING AT ALL - TOO HARD TO CONTROL
  - Tall people (6″ plus) kick the center back wheel when walking
  - Handle is too low for the tall people (again 6″ plus) you have to slouch
  - It is not agile at all. You must put forth effort to turn sharp or quick.
  - One side is narrower than the other
  - 5 point harness is difficult to adjust. It fits too loose for our daughter who is small framed. Yes, it holds her in but only loosely.
  - When folded, it is still large and a bit heavy for the smaller framed people of the world

  I would not buy this stroller again nor recommend it to any other parents For the money any jogger is the way to go with a twin umbrella stroller for shopping or travel if the jogger is too large to come along.

  The delivery was fast and didn’t take long for assembly. I have a 2 year old and a 5-month old and this stroller is great for our everyday use to the park, grocery stores and post office. The stroller fits fine in the doorways, and is easy to manuever if you have to open the door by yourself. The seats adjust independantly so it’s great when one child wants to sleep and the other is wide awake! As for closing and storing, it is easy. About 4 steps to fold and it fits easily in to my car trunk. I did a lot of research for which type of stroller we wanted and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would recommend to anyone who is busy and likes convienence.

  Good Stroller but hard to Turn by Scott Laurance
  I have had this stroller for about 2 weeks now. My girls love it. (They are 3 and 1). I think it is a good stroller but not great. It is easy to push once going and folds relatively easy. What I don’t like is the turning ability of this stroller. It is very difficult to turn especially when going slowly or going in/out doorways. It is OK when you have a bit of momentum. It really isn’t a ‘one hand push’ stroller - if you are going straight on an even surface not too bad, but anything else and I find you have very little control.

  I would also hate to push the stroller when loaded to full capacity. I am lucky that my girls are small - they total less than 50lbs.

  I do love that it fits through all standard doors (even in Manhattan) and in my small elevator. I like the storage space even though it has the weird cross bars in the baskets. I like the position of the cupholders on the handle. The height of the handle is great even for my 6ft husband.

  I was so excited when we ordered this stroller for our 6 month & 2 1/2 yr old boys) Loved the design and color.. We read the reviews and had decided there was more positive reviews and made our purchase. We had high hopes.. but sadly this stroller is not what we had hoped for.. Out of the box.. after my husband built it, we noticed that the logo on the seat was stiched upside down.. (NOT WORTH RE-PACKAGING AND SHIPPING BACK) It is really hard to open & close (Has not loosened up much with time) It is also heavier then the other double strollers we looked at. I find myself avoiding errands and/or stops, unless my husband is with me to deal with the stroller. Defeats the reason for having a double stroller.. We removed the center strap covers the first day.. The canopies do pop off with almost every use. Once you get it opened and all the peices reattached it moves fine.. But not worth the price paid..

  I bought this stroller for my recent trip to Disney World with my 3 1/2 year old & almost 2 year old. I needed a new double stroller b/c they were just getting too big for the Graco Duoglider. My son kept pulling my daughter’s hair & kicking her in the back. Plus he was just too big to really fit in that back seat anymore. I also wanted something more compact to travel with. They rent strollers in Disney but for the price I would’ve spent while I was there, it paid for 1/2 the stroller. Plus the ones at Disney are plastic so they really don’t look very comfortable & I wanted my son to nap every day.

  I did a lot of research into which stroller to get. I wanted one with a high weight limit since my daughter is going on 4. This one holds 55 lbs in each seat plus 10 lbs in the baskets. Believe me it holds even more than that. I wanted a lighter stroller. This one is about 27 lbs which isn’t the lightest but it is more compact than the Duoglider so it is a lot easier to lift up. The weight really wasn’t an issue for traveling.

  I wanted a stroller with storage. This one has 2 decent size baskets on the bottom. I was able to fit my diaper bag which isn’t tiny on 1 side & another bulky bag on the other. Plus there are bars which go across underneath the main part of the baskets. Under those bars I was able to fit our lightweight jackets & some other small items. Plus having the center handle on top makes it easy to drape bags over it. We definitely utilized every inch of this stroller on our trip. The cupholders are also a nice addition which some other strollers do not offer. We made sure we removed them before we checked the stroller at the gate.

  My children love the stroller. It was nice getting a new stroller b/c my 3 1/2 year old will find any excuse not to sit in one. She liked the fact that she could get in & out of it when she wanted to. She also loves sitting next to her brother. I love the 5 point harness straps. They are so much simpler than the DuoGlider’s. They kept my son in even when he squirmed his way out of the shoulder straps, he still was held in by the waist ones. Plus you only need one hand to release the straps. The seats seem very comfortable. The canopies work well. They pop off in the center every so often but we kept opening & closing the stroller & we kept the jackets on the bottom so we don’t know if maybe that was why. They are easy to get back on though. They don’t completely block the sun. It would be nice if they weren’t attached int he back so you could put them lower at times. The seats almost recline to fully flat. My son took a nap everyday in the stroller. My daughter who never naps period, also napped in this stroller. The only thing is that I had to remove the bags from the basket in order to have the seats fully reclined but then I was able to hang both bags over the top handle.

  The forward middle wheel seems like a great idea too. I never walked into the wheel. When testing the strollers in the store, I purposely took a longer stride & did notice with the McClaren you did hit into the wheel. I don’t know if this would really be a selling point but it seems like a nice feature. I also do love the center handle. It is not easy to steer with 1 hand when I had the stroller fully loaded but when one or both of the children were not sitting it was very easy to do it with 1 hand. Plus I find that when I am stopped with the stroller I like to lean on it which you would not be able to do with the McClarens.

  The stroller folds pretty compactly. It is a little tight when you first get it & probably does really need to be broken in. We opened & folded it a ton of times on this trip. It is easy to do it quickly but you do need both hands free. Opening it is a little more difficult b/c there are 2 locks on both sides that you have to open so it is a little awkward to do it by yourself. You also have to push the stroller forward at the same time. I am sure with more practice it will get easier. My husband didn’t really seem to have a problem. The wheel locks on the stroller are also so easy to do. My Duoglider used to be so difficult to unlock. This one is not.

  I just love the stroller. I am so happy I purchased it. I needed a new stroller but was hesitant b/c of my daughter’s age. I still felt that she was too young for me to go to a mall by myself & have her walking while still having my son in a stroller. I think this will give us more years to have her safely in a stroller when we go out. I purchased the charcoal color which is a very nice looking stroller. I only wish I purchased it years ago.

  nice but not perfect by JRFD
  This stroller was purchased thru a discount retailer at $[...] so for the price I paid I think it is a great stroller. The best features are the reclining seat that is very easy to use and has unlimited reclining positions and is suitable for an infant. The canopy is fabulous it actually provides shade and can be opened even larger and extended forward for maximum coverage while still allowing a peekaboo window to see your child. I also like the nap bar which is hard to find in an umbrella type stroller. Another good feature is the extendable handle bars which should work for tall people. Folds easily and pretty compactly but my maclaren is better. Light weight for all the features it has.
  What I do not like: Basket is a waste the X bars over it it make it virtually impossible to use. The pink and brown color is not the best and with it the bars on the stroller are brown and it looks like cheap brown plastic I think a metal look would have been better.
  Overall this is a good buy lots of features and a low price. I am curious to see the quality and see how long it holds to the daily use. I also only tried this with my 2 mth old who seemed comfortable and can not wait to try it with my 3 1/2 old for comfort at her age. Steering was good with my 2 mth old and I still need to test with the 3 1/2 yr old.

  I ordered my stroller here on Amazon, not realizing that they put the Deluxe and the Solo Sport in the same ad. The Solo Sport does NOT have a napper bar, and it does not have handles that extend.

  Other than not getting the napper bar I had hoped I was getting I am pleased with our purchase. It handles well, has a decent size storage area and will do well with our son who likes to sleep on his tummy.

  The handle bars are comfortable unlike the Mclaren ones that are rubber and just don’t feel comfortable.

  I would buy this again… with the napper bar (to hang toys on, and to have a cup holder for the child).

  There is no pocket for things (i.e. cell phone, sunglasses) at the top of this stroller, which is something that we really miss. Other than that, we like this stroller. It is easy to open and close, and seems pretty sturdy.

  It’s a dream come true!!!! this stroller is wonderful,colorful and cushiony.It’s even better than the Maclaren…It’s steers like butter.
  This stroller has the extendable handles(my husband and i are tall),so we don’t have to bend ourself on the stroller…the canopy fully recline to protect the baby from the wind,the sun;the seat fully reclines too,and the baby can be comfortable with the extended legs rest.The nap bar protect baby from falling,and it’s removable too.the basket is big enough to put your stuff inside.
  My 2years daughter really enjoys her new stroller,my husband and i enjoy pushing it.
  I highly recommend it!!

  This stroller is exceptionally nice. It is very easy to fold and unfold, is comfortable for the child, and maneuvers easily. It is narrow enough to fit through aisles in stores without catching on everything. The metal bracing does get in the way of the basket that is underneath but not so much that it detracts from the great value of this stroller. I would highly recommend the stroller.

My baby loves this toy! I never forget to bring it with us wherever we go. She gets bored very easily and this toy keeps her occupied for a long time.

Overall I really like this. My daughter hates car rides so I needed something to distract and amuse her. The toys are all really cute, she likes the rattle the most though, and I’m not really sure what the point of the mirror is, it’s tiny and blurry, but my biggest complaint is this thing is suppose to be held togther by magnets, I wouldn’t mind if it actually stayed together, but it’s suck a pain because everytime I pull the carseat out it comes undone. I actually recently just tied it in a knot, my daughter loves it, I just wish it wasn’t so easy to undo.

Caterpillar doesn’t stay together - UPDATE by R. Selman
I can’t get the caterpillar to stay together in a circle. It has a magnet in the head and tail but doesn’t stay together. Not really a mobile if it doesn’t stay together. Also hangs weird without it being in a circle.

I contacted Sassy about the caterpillar not staying together. Their customer service was excellent. Responded the same day that they would send me a postage paid envelop to return the product. Once they received the defective mobile they sent me a new one and it stays together much better. I was very impressed with their customer service!

I couldn’t change the amount of stars I originally gave but I would give it 4 stars now based on the customer service and the quality of the replacement they sent.

The caterpiller’s magnetic attachment constantly comes undone as well as the creatures hanging from it. It doesn’t really do any good to attach it to the car window, as you lose visibility and it falls off easily. But he does enjoy chewing on it and it is good for on the go.

First off, this really isn’t a mobile, nothng moves, its just a loop of fabic haning on a arm with a suction cup. The loop has three animals haning from it. This isn’t so bad but the suction cup arm doesn’t extend far enough from the window of our Honda Element for it to even near our child…she simply can see it. Terrible product! Don’t waste your money. Worked for about a week - then started skipping. Tried different CD’s, new batteries, etc. Ended up in the trash. Called ‘the first years’ costumer service - no answer. There are other products available that cost half the price and work much better.

Mine doesn’t skip. It does go through batteries fairly quickly, but I use the timer for only 15 minutes of play, so the batteries last longer. That’s all my baby needs to go to sleep. The volume is low, even at max, so I can’t really use it for him to listen to if he’s in his room playing. I use it only for going to sleep. Baby knows when music and nightlight come on, it’s time to lay down and go to sleep. Overall, I’m happy w/my purchase.

This product plays mediocre music and eats through batteries at a rate I have never witnessed before. I am not kidding when I say we replace the 2 “C” batteries at least weekly when all we do is play one CD as our child is falling asleep. Just because this product is marketed toward kids, doesn’t mean there aren’t other options. Unless you need something that attaches to the railing of a crib, there are better table top CD players available.

I’m a music junkie, and I’m determined to pass this particular affliction down to my son. So, when I found this crib-mounted CD player I had to have it! I loved the concept, but once put into use, I was disappointed. My experience and opinions:

* Poor battery life, and the battery compartment is difficult to access.

* The brackets that that hold the player onto the crib are made of the same hard plastic as the rest of the player. If you have a crib like we do with a painted finish, beware of scratches. I’ve lined them with felt.

* Inconsistent play with “burned” CDs.

* Overall the product feels a bit cheap.

Some of this could be overlooked if it wasn’t a $50 product. That’s a lot of cash for a very basic CD player.

A thoughtful product. Someone at First Years was thinking out of the box, but ultimately at this price point I expected more.

I would buy this stroller all over again! by Axxul
before buying a stroller I did a lot of research, I did not want to be one of those moms that go through 5 strollers before they find the right one, this and most MacLaren strollers seemed to have very good reviews from other parents so I decided to give it a try since it came with a money back guarantee if I wasn’t satisfied. I love it! I take my son to the mall and we can breeze by between the ailes where moms with the so popular Graco’s can’t, my son definitely seems very confortable, it comes with an extension so you can use it with an infant seat ( I had Graco Snugride). My son’s nanny claims it’s the best stroller she has ever seen/used (she’s seen plenty as she’s been nanny/mother/grandma for a few decades) and I’ve actually received compliments on it so I guess that means it’s stylish looking. If you’re tall you’ll love it since the handle bars extend to accomodate taller people. After a year I have not found a bad thing about this stroller and it’s still in great shape…will definitely be used by baby #2. Light enough for this 5 ft. 110 lb. mom to take out of car and set up with one hand. It does not have a bottle/cup holder for mom but I bought a $5 clip on holder that works great.

This stroller is wonderful. We had a Graco (which I absolutely hated) and a Maclaren Volo which was great…it steered like a dream…but which had a few problems; no raincover, skimpy sun canopy, no recline, no seat padding, and I thought it sat a bit too low to the ground. The Techno XLR solves all of these problems while not sacrificing greatly on weight or bulk. The canopy is generous (it upzips for even more coverage than in the photo), it includes a raincover which is a snap to put on in seconds, it reclines almost flat (my 10 month old slept in it for a full two hours on one trip) and it’s a little taller and wider than other maclarens so my baby has a bit more room and doesn’t sit so low to the ground. The padding for the seat is thick and seems very comfortable. It’s lightweight compared to other strollers with comparable features, and it folds and unfolds with one hand. I’ve been able to take it out of the trunk and unfold it while holding a sleeping baby and without waking him up! I haven’t tried it on buses or trains yet, but it did take it on a trip to the Caribbean and it was easy to fold at the gate for gate checking.
A big plus is that it is stylish, lots of great color combos (I have the grey and orange) with none of those horrid pastel baby colours and prints that other stroller manufacturers seem to favour. Another big plus is that it comes already assembled, just take it out of the box and go.

We purchased this for a recent trip to NYC from Tampa…because we didn’t want the stroller to get scuffed up etc…we’ll my husband and I tried in VAIN and could not for the life of us get this to fit…it was very much like trying to squeeze 10lbs of potatoes into a 5lb bag…no room whatsoever to get this stroller into the bag…it wasn’t happening…so we left sans stroller and returned it for full credit this fell short of Phil and Ted’s usually good products.

The secret to getting it in the bag! by Travelling Mom
Flying with my two kids, 1 and 3 years old, so I wanted to bring my E3 with me. I fought for awhile to get it in the bag, read one of the reviews on this site and it fit no problem. Here’s what I did:
Remove the front wheel- very easy to do- just pull the knob out and yank the wheel off
Remove the adult handlebar- again, just push the buttons in and pull it off.
Place in bag with front wheel (or where it would have been) on top.
Velcro the rear axles in place, zip the bag, then velcro the semi-circle by the front wheel area.
I even fit my cup holder, second seat, and all the pieces I removed in the bag. Love that i can wheel it through the airport.
I love my Phil and Teds stroller- I haven’t had any problems with it. The bag is great- compact yet protects the stroller.

E3 double stoller travel bag by S. Grisham
I purchased this bag to take my E3 Phil & Ted’s stroller with doubles seat with us to Hawaii, and it worked great! The bag itself is durable and well made. It takes a little time to get the stroller into the bag, and I highly recommend practicing putting it in prior to going to the airport, especially since it came with no instructions.

Tips I learned: Be sure the rear wheels are not locked. Remove the parent handle bar, child handle bar, front tire, and any other accessories before putting the stroller in the bag. Lay the collapsed stroller face down in the bag so the front wheel axle is on top. I took a rag to cover the axle of the front wheel so not to get grease on anything. Then you simply pile on the doubles seat, front wheel and handle bars. I have the hang bag which also fit in the travel bag. It’s snug, but it all fits.

I did not use the shoulder strap and just left it detached in the travel bag. I had no problems checking the bag at the gate and left the rear wheels on the entire time. Also, it fit through security scanners.

All in all, the bag is a bit expensive, but well worth the peace of mind knowing that my stroller was less likely to be damaged on all 5 airplanes it went on. The only problem we had with it was w

got this for the sport buggy. while everything fit it was a tight squeeze. i was able to cram a lot in there (sport buggy, doubles kit, rain cover and even our hanging high chair). the biggest difficulty was the stroller itself. the length of the bag is the issue. depth is great. i removed the child’s handlebar, the front wheel and the doubles kit and could not fit the stroller at first. the issue was the parent handlebar. it’s literally just an extra few inches in length when the stroller is folded but it’s enough that you can’t zip it closed. i didn’t remove the parent handlebar but i did rotate it completely so it was mostly folded back onto the stroller. i would definitely not recommend trying this at the airport. pack the stroller before you go and just zip the rear wheels into the bag at the last minute (get something like the ergo baby for traveling through the airport). I put the pins that go through the rear wheels into a separate grocery bag and tied them to the stroller as I was worried they would fall out during the trip. The bag has two holes where the rear wheels can stick out. had no problems checking the bag.

i would give it a higher rating but so much of the stroller has to be disassembled or rotated in funny directions that it’s not a zip and go procedure.

I just wanted to add my experience with the bag. I had trouble figuring out how to get the Phil and Ted Sport in this travel bag, and it is indeed a snug fit, but it definitely works!

In order to put the stroller in the bag, you need to take off the front wheel, and fold the stroller as flat as possible….which includes tucking the handle under. I noticed that you also have to make sure you put the stroller in the right way, because the stroller fits better if it’s facing the right way in the bag. This is just something you have to experiment with. The bag makes the Phil and Ted more compact for travel and storage and while it’s not the easiest thing for daily use, it serves it’s purpose for gate checks and such. But again, you really need to practice putting the stroller in the bag.
Take it from me, I used it while traveling alone with an 11 month old. And I had to manage my son, the stroller, car seat and 2 carry on bags. It does work.

Originally, we were very happy with this stroller. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and very convenient. Like another poster, our rear right wheel fell off for no known reason. At first, we wre pleased with the customer service, as it seemed we would be getting a replacement part right away. This was 5 weeks ago.

We are STILL waiting for a replacement part for the rear right wheel. My wife has made several phone calls to Baby Trend’s customer service number. Each time she calls, she is told something different. First call: “It will be shipped right away.” Second call: “Our warehouse just moved, so it took longer than we thought. It will ship on Friday or Monday.” Third call (to make sure it really shipped): “It will go out Fed Ex on Wednesday (1 1/2 weeks later) with other shipments that have been delayed due to the move.” Fourth call: “I see that it has shipped, but I can’t determine whether it went out USPS or Fed Ex. I will check with my supervisor and call you back.” No call back. Fifth call: “It shipped, and it went out USPS. The parts are too small to go out Fed Ex.” What?!!! My wife left a message on the supervisor’s voice mail…two days later, still no call back. Sixth call, trying to reach the supervisor, but reached a service rep instead, who checked the account: “I see that the parts went out Fed Ex. Here is the tracking number…” Another message left with supervisor.

We are completely frustrated by the incompetence of the customer service department. Trying to reach anyone has been a challenge. There has been a wait time of about 10 minutes each time my wife tries to call. In addition to the phone calls, my wife has used the Baby Trend website to email questions and concerns. As of this evening there has been no reply. One was sent a few days ago, the other a couple of weeks ago. When she asked the service rep about the email, she was told there is typically a response within 48 hours.

Although this product was fantastic before the cheap-o plastic wheel broke, we STRONGLY CAUTION anyone before purchasing this product. If anything goes wrong with it, expect to not have it in use for OVER A MONTH!!!

My wife and I have been quite pleased with our BabyTrend Snap-and-Go stroller and FlexLoc Infant Car Seat. We have used these items since our daughter came home from the hospital over four months ago, so this review is based on quite a bit of use.

We concur with others who have noted the portability and foldability of the stroller. We have found the stroller/carseat combo to be quite easy to travel with on both car and plane trips. The car seat, while a bit challenging to get out of a car (owing to the difficulty of moving the bar from the “ride” position to the “carry” position — it’s too stiff), has proved comfortable and reliable. In fact, our daughter now prefers being in her car seat to being in any other contraption we own–crib, bouncer, and swing. She actually sleeps better in this car seat than in her crib!

Unexpectedly, we use the stroller/carseat combo extensively in our home. It allows us to transport our daughter easily from room to room, to rock her to sleep (a gentle back and forth push works best), and to allow her to be part of the action wherever we are (it puts her closer to our level).

All in all, I’d highly recommend this stroller with the BabyTrend Flex Loc car seat. Since we use the stroller so much in the house, we are planning to buy a second unit so that we don’t have to clean the wheels off every time we come in the house with it!

This stroller is great! We bought the Baby Trend Flex-Loc car seat for our newborn son due to the fact that we have two year old twins already and with their car seats (even the Sunshine Radian seats, the narrowest convertible infant/toddler car seats on the market) we could not get the Graco car seat and base that we already own to fit. Since the Baby Trend is clearly not compatible with the stroller that was part of our Graco travel system we needed to buy another stroller and really did not want to spend a ton of money since we already have the Graco stroller and will likely buy a lightweight stroller once the baby is old enough.

We decided to buy the Baby Trend snap-and-go stroller and I have to say it’s one of the best baby gear decisions we’ve made! This stroller is so lightweight, portable, and convenient. I can easily lift it into the back of my SUV unlike our Graco stroller. It comes nearly fully assembled so the remaining assembly (attaching the wheels, fitting the parent console on, and attaching the back part of the stroller bag onto the support frame) is quick and easy. The stroller opens and folds very easily and locks with a single red latch that is easy to operate with one hand. I have not had any issues with the wheels or tipping as other reviewers stated. I think the stroller is actually very stable. The stroller maneuvers much more smoothly than I expected as well. The stroller is compatible with several models of car seats, but be sure to check before you buy if you already have your car seat or you can buy the stroller and then find a car seat that is compatible using the owner’s guide included with the stroller.

I absolutely loved using this Snap ‘n’ Go and was sad when I had to stop using it. It was so easy to open and close and pop the infant carrier in and out of. I did have a Baby Trend carrier, but my sister had a Graco and still had success with her Snap ‘n’ Go. I used it for about 9 months until my son grew out of his infant carrier. In that time, I never had a problem with wheels falling off or my child tipping out or anything like that. We mostly kept it in the back of our trunk of our compact car (which it’s nice that it’s small enough to do that) and used our jogging stroller for walks, etc… but we did take this one on vacations (airplanes) so if something was going to break, I would think it would have.

I highly recommend this one because of its price (we found a new one on Craigslist for about 20 bucks) but overall, I recommend ANY stroller frame as opposed to a travel system. It’s light and small and can manuever anywhere. LOVE it.

Not a Match for Peg Perego by Zwarych 3
Got one as a gift and now have to return it. It is not as “universal” as it states. The only way you can keep a Peg Perego Primo Viaggio car seat from completely falling off is to use a strap that it somes with. The car seat does not lock onto anything, but merely rests on the bar. The problem with having to strap the car seat down is that the strap goes OVER the baby’s chubby legs and/or belly. It doesn’t leave much room for an infant once you secure the car seat to the stroller.

Like most babies, mine was under 20 lbs her first year and fit in the MaxiCosi car seat very comfortably. You do have to buy this car seat separately, but it is one of the safest rated by Consumer Reports. With her frequent napping, the car seat attachment was especially convenient moving her to and from the car or plane without disrupting her nap. This stroller survived monthly flights - gate checking was easy and the car seat went with the baby on the plane and into the rental car. The wheels are easily removable, but the whole thing zips into its carrying case. Fitting into different rental cars was the key issue. When I downsized from a SUV to a compact, the stroller only took a third of my compact’s trunk. The carseat attachment and zip-in seat take only minutes to change. You can always leave the bottom half zipped in with the carseat on top. Last thing about the stroller using the carseat: the handles fold 90 degrees, perfect to pull the baby up to a restaurant table facing the party.

Cons about the Zapp: there is a small storage basket beneath, maybe too small. You have to be creative about attaching toys. When you brake, only the left rear wheel locks, though maybe that’s changed. You need 2 hands to fold, but it’s a cinch. The seat does NOT recline for the ultimate napping. With the small size, shock absorbers and fancy wheels are sacrificed, so only smoother surfaces for small infants.

Nowadays, I just use the stroller (without the MaxiCosi carseat). The material seems to keep the baby cool and clean ups are quick. Unlike other strollers that sell accessories a la carte, this stroller comes with several covers that you will suddenly realize are useful. The thing turns on a dime and takes very little space - think lines at the bank and at stores. Since you can navigate with one hand, you still have a free hand!

Bought this as our travel stroller and REALLY like it on the first trip. Folds very compact, a breeze to put together. Super swift ride/turns in airports, nice solid construction… We also have a Frog but think the Zapp will become our favorite simple, everyday, handy stroller. Only suspected downside is the wheels being smaller than the bugaboo: a bit of a rougher ride if un-perfect terrain. Other than that, very very nicely surprised with the Zapp!

I just purchased this stroller as a replacement for my $500 Valco Baby Trimode (with additional jump seat that makes it a double.) My 4 year old no longer needs a stroller and my 19 month old baby is becoming more and more mobile every day. I was sick and tired of having a giant, heavy stroller take up my trunk!!!!! So, (as my husband puts it) I traded in the Escalade for the Carmengia. This thing is great!!! It really cruises, folds so small, looks amazing, and my confinement-resistant son loves it!!!!!!! You definitely can’t put bags on the handles, so its not a pack mule in the way that many strollers are, but it does have a small basket underneath that holds a few small shopping bags or a little diaper bag and I was able to find a little mesh bag that velcros low down on the stroller back so as not to mess with the balance. It turns and pushes so well that when I have had a few bags in my hand, I was able to maneuver the stroller with ease.

This stroller is perfect of you are looking to ditch all the cumbersome baby gear and travel light~

We were looking for a packable stroller that we could stick our daughter in, lug just about anywhere in the world, but with better quality than the average umbrella stroller on the market today. When my wife first saw the Quinny Zapp on another website, she was smitten. After purchasing through Amazon and the obligatory minimal assembly you will have one really cool looking piece of rolling kidlet couture. It’s almost guaranteed to have admiring parents running up and asking about your unique take on a stroller. It folds into its own bag and is fairly transportable but is not as compact as we’d hoped. Other downsides to the Quinny are that the back does not recline for comfortable napping and the underside storage basket is miniscule. This storage area won’t even hold the storage bag due in part to the reinforced bottom panel of said bag. The positives are pretty big, however. The Zapp is super manuverable over just about anything short of sand and turns on the proverbial dime. It’s so smooth, you really have to experience the operation to appreciate it. The other high point is the height of the grips. I’m 5′11″ and the handles are at the prefect level for me. If you’ve ever pushed a stroller that forces you to scrunch down, it can be a nightmare on the back. Again, this is not our primary stroller but what we chose for our traveller. The benefits do outweigh the lows, but I wanted to add this review for a balanced point of view.

I’d used this stroller for 6 months before I lost it. Still thinking of buying another one but I don’t want to lose it again. It’s quite pricey for a light weight stroller (though it’s not that light, really).

Steering is super easy even with one hand, perfect when you go shopping. It folds into a small bundle, leaves a lot of room in my trunk. Just LOVED it, and losing it got me very upset for days.
