Looks good enough to keep on your range. Great non-stick surface - just don’t overheat it! After I overheated and scratch my previous Anolon Everyday Pan over the course of several years, I bought another one to replace it!

I used the Anolon braiser as soon as I received it and I found that it is an excellent cookware. I got this pan on the deal of the day specials.. I wish I’d bought two. I saw these pans in the Herberger’s Store for almost $200.. I wish I had gotten one for myself!!

My needs are simple…when holidays gather family members together, I want cookware that’s easy to clean, holds quantities sufficient for 8, and has cool handles that I can pick up after the stove top cooking is done. And, cooks food evenly without burning or other disasters. Christmas provided that workout and it passed with flying colors. Especially the clean up… nonstick meant just that… and cool handles. The pan evened out the heat from my electric stove top and let me cook without worries. I haven’t tried using it inside the oven yet, but expect that to do as well, less the cool handle part of course.
